Job Description And Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales channels and convert leads into sales for the company in China, focusing primarily on the young professional market (target market of college graduates with 4-8 years of work experience). This includes both B2B and also in B2C sales (with channel partners). Specific responsibilities include:
 
·      Execute B2B and B2C sales strategy
žWork with Marketing Manager to follow up on marketing events and programs to cultivate leads and convert them into paying customers
žBuild key relationships with B2B client base
žDevelop sales channels in the B2C market for young professionals
·      Strong involvement on front and back end of product cycle and customer experience
žParticipate in market research and work closely with product development team on market-driven products
žWork closely with after-sale service staff to ensure that ILE’s messaging to the customer is consistent both pre- and post-sale and remains consistent as the business grows
žCycle back information to Marketing team to fine-tune marketing and sales efforts
·      Ensure company’s positioning as a premium provider of English and business skills training services
 
Experience Requirements:
Applicants for this job should have the following minimum requirements:
·      Bachelor degree
·      Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, including sales, has related industry experience is preferred.
·      Result-driven, proven track record
·      Mature, positive and extrovert personality
·      Strong communicator, both with local and international team members
·      Experience to work in small teams and in a fluid work environment
·      Ability to handle multiple stakeholders, internally and externally
·      Highly organized, self-motivated and independent
·      Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
·      Deadline- and detail-oriented
 
Language Requirements:
·      Chinese: Native Level
·      English: Proficient (candidate must be able communicate with senior managers and partners in English)
 
Compensation:
·      Base salary commensurate with experience, plus highly competitive performance-based bonus.
