Top Responsibility
In essence, this crucial investment management role is mainly responsible for driving the entire process of post deal integration. In particular, this role needs to:
1. Interpret financial reports and review performance of the invested companies and business entities;
2. Drive performance improvement of the invested portfolio based on the business intelligence with internal parties (including the Management Team of BUs and the Senior Management Team at the Corporate level), through leveraging the internal resources and managing meetings
3. Join meetings weekly with the investment team and to support on projects upon requests
Top 3 Requirements
1. 5-10 years work experiences in business consulting and investment background (ideally with experiences/exposure to the TMT/Tech industry in China);
2. MBA degree from a prestigious business school; Bachelor degree from top schools is highly preferred; Fluency in English and Chinese;
3. Excellent problem solving skills and results oriented, strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills;
4. High level of integrity, dedication and motivation, hard working, down-to-earth, mature and team-oriented;
