Department/Unit: Staffing Position Summary: The Staffing Sales Representative is responsible for consistently generating and increasing revenues through the production of new clients/business via outbound activity and onsite meetings. Identify and secure additional business opportunities with existing staffing client base. Generate leads through research, networking, prospecting and calling.
Essential Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for staffing sales which is majorly focusing on Automotive Engineering
2.Manage entire new business development pipeline
3.Utilize specific Industry research, benchmarking and trend analysis to support business strategy and help forecast future talent needs.
4.Build strong relationships cross-functionally and drive recruitment and selection practice for all level hiring managers.
5.Manage the client relationships to ensure strategic use and cost effective contracts to address recruitment needs.
6.Participate transformational projects to continue to build a world class recruiting and staffing organization, examples would include tools and technology assessment, recruitment campaigns, quality of hire analysis, candidate experience life cycle.
7.Perform sales activities to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.
8.Qualify prospects, developing new business opportunities and/or increasing existing business.
9.Qualify prospect regarding staffing need, budgets, timeframes, contract hiring history and decision-making process.
10.Assist in building a client base of qualified leads. Maintain minimum performance standards and increase pipeline for staffing.
11.Interface with Management when appropriate on named/key accounts.
12.Coordinate with recruiting team to pursue sales leads.
13.Plan/coordinate events as needed to attract and establish new clients.
Basic Qualifications: 1.3-5 years sales experience in automotive staffing or multinational company HR
2.Knows well about foreign automotive customers near shanghai/in China
3.General knowledge of automotive engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
4.Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities, in a fast-paced environment, and being open to change (positive or negative)
5.Demonstrated ability to drive HR/Recruitment process simplification and deliver top quality customer services
6.Strong business acumen, analytical and project/process management skills
7.Aggressive, result oriented, strong pro-active, good team management ability, willing to independent working and good trouble shooting ability.
8.Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with prospective clients.

2.Detail oriented with a professional demeanor.
