THE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
The Management Associate Program is a comprehensive and structured 18-months Fast-track career program that aims at talented graduates who are interested to develop their career in the financial industry. The program is designed on a rotational basis to provide the incumbent the diverse experience in varies business aspects, as well to develop core competencies and technical skills in an accelerated environment to build on a career in the financial markets. Upon satisfactory of performance, the Management Associate (MA) may receive an offer of a permanent position within the firm after the program.
About the Program:
The MA will be assigned to a Sponsor Department to undergo this comprehensive development program to build knowledge, competencies and skills through project s and work assignments. Project based assignments would cover different functions of the Operations.
QUALIFICATIONSMBA graduate year of 2013-2014 with outstanding academic achievement in renowned universities, with some working experiences Must have strong interests in developing a career in the financial markets Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Highly adaptable, flexible and forward-thinking; result oriented With high learning agility and positive curiosity Independent; the ability to take on responsibility as a team member High degree of literacy in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills. Fluency in written and verbal English, additional Asian language including Chinese an advantage
