崗位概要:
Key Performance AreaThis position will play a crucial role in the new product development for HD shop business. He or she will utilize the sound scientific knowledge to ensure the new creation by the shop creative team to be commercialized smoothly. The position will develop the technical solutions to ensure the product quality as designed, and work with cross-functions team to implement food safety practice.

• Implement creative concept into real/mass production, make sure Quality as Design
• Develop solution for quality improvement
• Food safety implementation together with other functions
• Technology development to support Shop Business success in a long run
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to deliver the business objectives for new product innovation and margin management.
• Provide product development leadership to the business partners and contribute to strategy development and project management.
• Proactively partner with internal and external resources to identify and develop a pipeline of product innovation opportunities for China Haagen-Dazs business
• Provide support on setting up good production and quality practice for China Haagen-Dazs business
• Provide timely communication to senior management, cross-functional teams and direct reports on projects and other key issues
教育程度/工作經歷/知識🛴、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request · Masters degree in Bakery Science/ Food Science / Cereal Chemistry or related
· Strong bakery industry experience
· Strong knowledge both on formulation technology and process technology with 10+ years of experience, preliminary on R&D
· Excellent communication skill
· Result oriented with flexible and innovative manner
· Extensive network in Bakery technical organization
· Good understanding of GMI NPD processes including Consumer Testing Protocols
· Good command of both oral & written English
工作條件: Working Condition Normal working condition. Do not have to work on shift-roster.
